  • Check the IE Plugin log for any errors and to make sure the rules are being loaded properly. Logging has information on how to enable logging for the FSLogix Internet Explorer Plugin.
  • Ensure that the FSLogix Internet Explorer Plugin is installed and enabled via Tools → Manage Add-ons
  • Verify the created rules have been deployed. See Deploying Rule Sets and Assignment Files for more information.
  • Make sure you are using 32 bit Java.
  • Check to make sure the Service and Driver are running.
